Have you ever had a conversation about familiar things with someone who approaches the subject from a completely different frame of reference than you do? It can be frustrating. Other times it can be enlightening! It can be tricky for me to explain to people outside of my Christian sub-culture exactly what it is I do as a worship leader.

Dan is a traditional Scottish and Irish fiddle player. Coming from a family of fiddle players in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia, his music is deeply rooted in tradition. Dan continues this tradition not only by performing in theatres, folk festivals, folk clubs and on recordings all over North America, Europe and the UK but also by teaching fiddle and violin to students of all ages and backgrounds.
